Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I)

CBT-I is a gold standard evidence-based treatment and is the only scientifically validated non-medication treatment for insomnia.  This program is designed for adults who experience difficulty falling asleep, staying asleep, early morning awakenings, and/or non restorative sleep.
  • Includes a thorough sleep evaluation including completion of detailed sleep questionnaires and two weeks of sleep diaries.
  • One time sleep consultation offered either in-person or over video conference (60 minutes) at a rate of $280 (all applicable taxes included).
  • Subsequent sleep consultation appointments (60 minutes in length) are offered either in-person or over video conference bi-weekly at a rate of $280 per session (all applicable taxes included).
  • Detailed sleep plan with instructions tailored specifically to your needs.
  • The number of sessions required for treatment is dependent on individual client needs. On average, this can be anywhere from 3 to 8 sessions.
