About

About Us

We are clinical psychologists registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario, as well as certified pediatric sleep consultants through the Family Sleep Institute. These unique qualifications provide us with the tools necessary to be able to support our clients toward actualizing their sleep goals. In our work with clients, we bring together our expertise in behaviour modification and our thorough knowledge of sleep science and evidence - based interventions that have been shown to promote good sleep. In our work with families of infants and young kids experiencing sleep difficulties, we know the challenges these families face, and the toll sleep deprivation can take on the whole family.

Our personal experiences as moms of five kids under the age of five helps us appreciate the challenges of the families we work with and helps us develop sleeps plans that are sensitive to your needs and parenting philosophies. When working with us, you can be confident in knowing that the services we provide are based on cutting edge scientific sleep research, and individually tailored to your unique needs. We look forward to getting to know you and being a part of your journey toward better sleep.

Dr. Jenny Rogojanski, PhD, C. Psych.

Dr. Jenny Rogojanski is a clinical psychologist with a special interest in sleep. This interest grew out of her clinical experiences working with individuals in psychological distress, observing the impact that poor sleep can have on functioning and the fact that sleep issues often do not improve unless they are targeted directly. Recognizing this, Dr. Rogojanski undertook advanced coursework related to sleep disorders and completed specialized training in behavioural sleep medicine during her residency year. When later becoming a parent herself to two young children, Dr. Rogojanski saw firsthand the impact of poor sleep on the whole family. Wanting to expand her practice to help other families and patients experiencing perinatal mood and anxiety issues, Dr. Rogojanski completed specialized training through the Family Sleep Institute and became a certified sleep consultant. As a founding partner at Sleep Smart Psychology Group, Dr. Rogojanski combines her knowledge of sleep science and behaviour modification principles, along with her hands - on experience as a mom of two, to provide sleep solutions to her clients that are evidence - based and specifically tailored to their unique individual needs.

Dr. Rogojanski obtained her Ph.D. in clinical psychology from Ryerson University. She completed an APA - accredited predoctoral internship at Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine in Bronx, New York and a postdoctoral fellowship at the Frederick W. Thompson Anxiety Disorders Centre at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre in Toronto. Prior to founding Sleep Smart Psychology Group, Dr. Rogojanski was a staff psychologist in the Mental Health and Addictions program at St. Michael’s Hospital in Toronto. In addition to her sleep work, Dr. Rogojanski maintains an active private practice providing assessment and treatment services to adults with difficulties related to their mood, anxiety, perinatal mental health, OCD, body - focused repetitive behaviours, and emotion regulation. Since graduating, Dr. Atlin’s clinical work has included a specialization in the area of sleep disorders and cognitive behavioural therapy for insomnia.
